April Meeting
We will hold the April 13th meeting at Scott’s studio in Avon. 7123 E CR 150 S, Suite B, Avon, IN 46123.
Topics… Open discussion on marketing and some OCF lighting techniques. RSVP in the comments section. Even if you are a member you must RSVP We will impose a $25 fee if you show up without RSVP’ing ($25 charity donation) :) seriously RSVP
We are excited that in less than a month we will be moving to our new studio location. I’m sure we will be having May’s seeting at the new place. Watch for details on that.
February PIMPS

Indiana has many of the best senior photographers in the entire country! How do you survive, and thrive in such a tough market when you don’t even have a commercial studio? … by providing the kind of personal service and unique images that the “big boys” simply can not provide. But you have to do it better than everyone else, and be a smart business person as well. We will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of running an in-home studio.
Weather permitting, we will also go downtown to do “night scapes” so bring a camera and a tripod.

Scott Crosby AKA Pimp Daddy is being honored at a “Cover Party” at 5:30pm at the Crown Room in Brownsburg Indiana. Scott was featured on the cover of the “Hendricks County Business Leader” paper in October. http://businessleader.bz/?p=216 That party runs from 5:30-7:30. Pimps members are invited to come and attend. After the party Scott will host Pimps at his studio starting around 8:00 We are going to be talking about sales! We will go through our entire sales process including pricing and products. This will be a great oportunity to learn stradigies to get your averages up.
The Crown Room is located inside The Strong Building, which is a large white building with the name STRONG on the side in green letters. The full address is 900 E. 56th Street, Brownsburg. 5:30-7:30

Well we are meeting at Pimp Daddy’s studio this month… AKA Scott’s place in Avon. Everyone bring some images for critique and we will be demonstrating and sharing some Photoshop and post productiuon stuff. Don’t forget your images… We may do some other stuff too.

August Meeting at Richardson Studio, Bloomington
We will meet at Richardson Studio in Bloomington August 11th @ 7:00pm.
The Plan:
Shoot some stuff in the North Light Room balancing window light with speedlites using the radio poppers.
Share some of our summer craziness, talk about marketing to fall senior and family sessions….
